METHOD FOR VERIFYING DEFECTIVE ON PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD

PURPOSE: A number of fault part which the failure confirmation method of the printed circuit board has to confirm is reduced. The failure confirmation session is shortened. CONSTITUTION: A fault part is classified based on shape or the color of the fault part into classification(S110). A fault part is discriminated among the will fault, the intrinsic fault, and the undecided fault to one(S120). The undecided fault image within the undecided fault group is displayed(S152). Whether the fault part of the undecided fault image is the will fault or not whether the intrinsic fault or not is identified(S154).
