PURPOSE: A service providing system using IMSI(International Mobile Subscriber Identity) and method thereof are provided to improve convenience of a user by providing service especially distinguished according to each IMSI when the system uses different IMSI each other. CONSTITUTION: A subscriber information server(180) stores and receives additional service information about additional service requested by IMSI from a mobile terminal(100) storing a plurality of IMSIs. A switch(170) determines providing of requested additional service by receiving additional service information from a subscriber information server, when the mobile terminal requests the additional service with the IMSI. When supplying of the additional service is impossible, a service unavailable message is transmitted to the mobile terminal.
