PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a membrane separation activated sludge treatment apparatus which is capable of remarkably improving the filtration efficiency, which is capable of restraining the filtration membrane damages and contamination, and which has a favorable wastewater treatment efficiency.

SOLUTION: The membrane separation activated sludge treatment apparatus includes: a biological treatment part which generates mixed water by mixing coagulated sludge body generated by means of biological coagulation means which biologically coagulates activated sludge to generate a coagulated sludge body with wastewater, and obtains sludge containing biological treatment water by biologically treating the mixed water; and a purified treatment water generation part which has a membrane unit carrying out membrane filtration and obtains purified treatment water, which is permeated water, from the sludge containing biological treatment water by membrane filtration.
