<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a color filter, by which color unevenness, density unevenness and streaky unevenness in respective parts can be suppressed. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a color filter includes: a temporary ink supply step of supplying ink to cells on a substrate based on drawing data; a correction object cell-specifying step where the amounts of the ink supplied in the respective cells in the temporary supply step are detected, a cell having a large deviation of the amount of the ink from the target value is specified as a correction object cell, and the degree of the deviation in the correction object cell is specified; a storage step of storing the cell number of the correction object cell and the degree of the deviation in the correction object cell of the cell number; a correction data preparation step of preparing correction data on a number of droplets of ink corresponding to the degree of the deviation, which are supplied to the correction object cell so that the amount of the ink in the correction object cell becomes the target value; and a concluding ink supply step of supplying ink to the correction object cell by the number of droplets based on the correction data.
