PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve synchronous communication between remote points.

SOLUTION: A video superposition apparatus 1-A is provided with: a liquid crystal display 3-A; a camera video taking-in unit 50-A which photographs a video using the camera 4-A; a primary memory unit 51-A and a secondary memory unit 52-A which memorize photographed videos; a video superposition unit 53-A which composes a photographed video of the present time and a photographed past video for a pre-specified time duration; a communication unit 54-A which transmits the photographed video composed by the video superposition unit 53-A to a video superposition apparatus 1-B in another point; a video composition unit 55-A which composes the video composed by the video superposition unit 53-A and the video transmitted from the video superposition apparatus 1-B in the another point; and a video output unit 56-A which makes the liquid crystal display 3-A show the video composed by the video composition unit 55-A.
