<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color-developing edible film solving the following problem that a conventional color-developing film has only a function of applying scorched or baked places by heating, thereby is difficult in addition of other functions and also difficult in film formation or long storage. <P>SOLUTION: The color-developing edible film given scorched places by raising Maillard reaction by heating, is a laminated film formed by directly laminating two sheets of non-color-developing edible film raising no Maillard reaction singly. One of the two sheets of the non-color-developing edible film is an edible film containing glycine as an amino acid component, and the other of the non-color-developing edible films is an edible film containing glucose as a reducing sugar component. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
