PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ASK demodulation device capable of normally demodulating data even when the speed of transmission data is high. SOLUTION: This ASK demodulation device for demodulating an ASK modulation signal S obtained by subjecting a carrying signal to ASK modulation by transmission data SA includes: timers T1-T3 for counting a predetermined time t1 capable of receiving three continuous reception pulses of a carrying signal in the ASK modulation signal S; a pulse counter for counting reception pulses; and a determination/output part for sequentially repeatedly starting the timers T1-T3 when the reception pulses are input, determining that a pulse of demodulation data R is detected when the pulse counters detect two or more of the reception pulses in the predetermined time t1 to output the determination, and determining that the pulse of the demodulation data R can not be detected at the passage of the predetermined time t1 when the pulse counters do not count two or more of the reception pulses in the predetermined time t1 to output the determination.
