PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water discharge device which enables a discharge port member to be attached watertight to a water discharge pipe formed of a square pipe over the entire circumference, formed in a visually compact and neat shape, and can be constituted at low costs. SOLUTION: A mounting member 48 is affixed to the front end of the water discharge pipe 44 formed using the square pipe, and the water discharge port member 46 having a water discharge port 64 with a flat-shaped fall crest is attached to the mounting member 48 to thereby form the front end of this water discharge device 22. A female fitting surface 58 serving also as a curved seal surface which extends continuously over the entire circumference is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the mounting member 48. A curved male fitting surface 68 of such a shape that corresponds to the female fitting surface 58 is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the water discharge port member 46, and an O-ring 72 is held thereon. The water discharge port member 46 can be attached by fitting the male fitting surface 68 to the female fitting surface 58 so that the O-ring 72 can be radially elastically compressed.
