摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve stability of idling speed while preventing unnecessary idling up when electric load is actuated. Ž<P>SOLUTION: With an idling up speed Idle 2 that has idled up upon actuation of the electric load (with switching operation) by switching operation of a user as the center, when a second electric load is actuated (no switching operation) according to a vehicle state, the idling up speed Idle 2 is increased/decreased according to the state of a battery. By such control, an unnecessary rise in the idling speed can be suppressed, fuel economy can be improved, and environmental performance such as emission can be improved. Further, by setting an increase/decrease amount β of the idling up speed when the second electric load is actuated (no switching operation) to a value within a range which is hardly noticed by the user, even when the electric load is actuated under a condition unintended by the user, an uncomfortable feeling by the user is prevented.
