<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a yarn-splicing device easy to replace yarn in a creel. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The yarn-splicing device 1 has a travel device 2 connected with a handle 3 for enabling movement control by an operator. At least one yarn capturing device 15, at least one knotter 16 and a sucking device 17 are also arranged on the travel device 2. The yarn capturing device 15 is comfigured to capture at least two yarns through a suction force. The knotter 16 splices the two yarns captured by the yarn capturing device 15.
