<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bone extension device which is mountable without being placed at a facing position on a same axis line, is adjustable in height, is equipped with a natural fall-off prevention function, and can extend a bone three-dimensionally. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The bone extension device comprises a first support plate 41 and a second support plate 12 to be mounted on two cut-off bone chips, and an extension shaft 13 which is bridged between the two plates and can adjust a gap between the two bone chips. The first support plate 41 comprises a lift bar 44 connected to a bone fixation plate 42 by a horizontal hinge 43, a hinge box 46 connected to the lift bar 44 by a horizontal hinge 45, and a receive fitting 48 connected to the hinge box 46 by a vertical hinge 47. By this structure, the receive fitting 48 can take a free angle with respect to the bone fixation plate 42 and be adjustable in height.
