PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice transplanter in which a land-leveling device is driven with a driving actuator. SOLUTION: In the rice transplanter in which a planting portion is liftably connected to the rear side of a travel portion, and a land-leveling device is attached in front of the planting portion, an actuator for driving is synchronously connected to the land-leveling device. Since the driving actuator is synchronously connected to the land-leveling device, it is not necessary to dispose a transmission shaft and a transmitting mechanism portion between the land-leveling device and the engine portion of the travel portion, so that the lowest ground height of the travel portion can well be ensured.
