PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a player from feeling loss when there are waste game balls. SOLUTION: A flag of reserved balls associated with a result of open lottery is written to a RAM area of memory if the reserved balls are three or less while figures are fluctuated or one of the jackpot holes is open when a game ball enters a start hole. Thereby, the reserved balls are stored. When the flag of reserved balls is written, the result of the open lottery associated with the flag is recognized. If the result of the open lottery is "winning" as a result of the recognition, the number of times of opening of the jackpot hole is recognized.
