A method, device and system for improving running stability of Serial Attached Small Computer System Interface (SAS) domain, the method includes: monitoring and recording the number of status changes of SAS physical channel within scheduled time in SAS domain, isolating SAS physical channel which of the number of status changes of SAS physical channel meets the preset isolation conditions.
