In an MBMS system created by geographically arranging multiple MBMS areas configured in the form of cells that are configured using a single frequency network (SFN) utilizing a prescribed frequency band to offer multimedia broadcast and multicast services (MBMS) to wireless terminals positioned within an area, the multiple MBMS areas are arranged with different frequency bands in order to allow different types of MBMS to be presented simultaneously to a wireless terminal positioned at a certain geographical point.
