PURPOSE: A portable power supplying apparatus is provided to increase an energy conversion efficiency of an energy conversion device by focusing sunlight to the energy conversion device through a condensing lens. CONSTITUTION: A housing(11) makes incident sunlight from the surface to the inside. The housing includes an upper substrate(112) and a lower substrate(114). A light guide element(12) is attached to the lower surface of the housing. An energy conversion element(14) converses a solar energy into an electrical energy. A condensing lens(13) focuses a light transmitted from the light guide element on the energy conversion element. An electric energy output element(15) outputs the electric energy conversed by the energy conversion element.
