<p>Provided is a power conversion circuit which performs high-frequency operations, wherein an off-voltage control circuit (101u) of a gate drive circuit (24u) on a lower arm side changes a voltage, which a gate drive power supply (103u) outputs, to a voltage lower than a predetermined off voltage, during a period from a time when the turn-off operation of a lower arm (22u) is completed to a time when the turn-on operation of an upper arm (21u) is started. Then, when the turn-on operation of the upper arm (21u) is completed, the off-voltage control circuit immediately controls the voltage to be outputted from the gate drive power supply (103u) to return to the predetermined off-voltage. Therefore, short-circuiting operations of the upper and lower arms generated due to a high voltage change (dv/dt) can be suppressed, the life of a switching element that configures the power conversion circuit is improved, and high reliability of the power conversion circuit is achieved.</p> |
