IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS, IMAGE FORMING SYSTEM, AND PRINT CONTROL METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus, an image forming system and a print control method capable of obtaining output results as expected, even in a case of not holding font data necessary for printing job treatment.

SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus for processing the printing job using the font data is provided with a function in which: the font data necessary for the printing job processing are specified by analyzing the printing job to determine whether font data are stored in a storing part of the own device or not; sending requirement of the font data to the other device connected to a communication network is transmitted in the case of not storing the font data; the font data from any one of the other devices are received; and the printing job is processed by using the received font data.
