<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it difficult to counterfeit a substrate for IC media and the IC media using the substrate, at low cost without using expensive materials or the like. <P>SOLUTION: This method for manufacturing the IC media is constituted such that a circuit pattern is printed on a base material by printing ink containing a conductive photosensitive agent capable of forming a latent image by photosensitive, heat treatment (S1), the latent image is formed by exposure processing on the whole or a part of the printed circuit pattern via a mask in which an image with the desired content is formed (S2), development for visualizing at least the latent image is performed at first temperature to the circuit pattern on which the latent image is formed, and the circuit pattern is sintered at second temperature to be conductive (S3). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
