PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite material sheet manufacturing machine capable of rapidly manufacturing a composite material sheet reduced in curling while reducing power consumption, capable of manufacturing the high-quality composite material sheet suitable for the further thinning of the composite material sheet in its turn, excellent in heat resistance, bending resistance, and shape retention, and also capable of achieving the environmental protection and cost reduction. SOLUTION: The composite material sheet manufacturing machine is equipped with an overheated steam supply device 16 which heats an organic solution on a base material 8 fed into a heat treatment oven 5 under a low oxygen atmosphere by supplying overheated steam into the heat treatment oven 5 in order to dry and cure.
