PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide in-mold transfer foil which is hardly delaminated, whitened or cracked and has high design properties and a partially metallic-lustrous hologram and to provide a three-dimensional molded article obtained by using the in-mold transfer foil. SOLUTION: The in-mold transfer foil is obtained by arranging a mold release layer 13, a hard coat layer 14, a printed layer 21, a hologram layer 15, a partially metallic reflection layer 17 and an adhesive layer 19 on a base material 11. The hologram layer 15 is formed by curing a composition containing (1), (2) and (3) by ionizing radiation and the hard coat layer 14 is formed by curing a composition containing (1) and (2) being the same resins as those of the hologram layer 15 by ionizing radiation. Each of the hard coat layer 14 and the hologram layer 15 has (a) a coating film of a finger-touch-dried state before cured by ionizing radiation, (b)≥5% elongation at break at 23°C after cured by ionizing radiation, and (c) such high heat resistance that each of the hard coat layer and the hologram layer is not whitened even when the in-mold transfer foil 10 thereof is left as it is for one hour in an atmosphere of 150°C.
