PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grease composition which stably ensures heat resistance of enduring the use even in a severe high-temperature environment over 180°C and is used suitably for electrical components, engine accessary or the like of automobile, and to provide a rolling bearing. SOLUTION: The grease composition contains: a base oil containing an ester oil of 50 mass% or more of the whole amount of base oil; and a hindered amine of the amount of 0.1 to 10 mass% of the whole amount of base oil. The rolling bearing constituted so that a plurality of rolling bodies are held via a holding device between an inner ring and an outer ring and the grease composition is enclosed therein, is provided.
