PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack capable of: securing a mounting space of a circuit element; minimizing a restriction of a design to thickness and width; and improving reliability for prevention of blowing-out of the battery pack. SOLUTION: The battery pack 100 includes a bare cell 110, a circuit module 120 arranged at an upper part of the bare cell 110 and electrically connected with the bare cell 110, a loop antenna section 150 mounted on one side face of the bare cell 110 and electrically connected with the circuit module 120, and a PTC (positive temperature coefficient) element section 160 located on one side of the loop antenna section 150 and electrically connected with the circuit module 120.
