CIRCULAR CONTAINER FOR SECONDARY BATTERY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circular container for a secondary battery which can withstand a positive pressure and pressure increase of an inside and has pressure resistance or pressure resistance safety on the premise of high productivity even when a container of the secondary battery is a circular container. SOLUTION: The circular container 1 for a secondary battery is formed of two pieces of a cylindrical aluminum barrel part 2 and a metal circular lid 20 wound and tightened around an opening part 4 of the barrel part 2. The barrel part 2 includes a circular bottom part 3 integrally formed by molding, and a neck part 5 and a flange part 6 projecting from the neck part 5 are formed on the opening part 4 of the barrel part. The flange part 6 and a peripheral edge part 21 of the metal circular lid 20 are doubly wound and tightened to join. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
