PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus, and an information processing system and program for verifying whether components is assembled on drawing data of the components projected on an object. SOLUTION: A CPU 101 of a server 1 obtains coordinates data showing the shape of an object 8 and CAD data projected on the object 8 from any of an HDD 104, an HDD 204, and an external storage device connected to a network 3, detects the positions of a tool 20 or screw, a member 21 and a user's hand or arm from an image obtained by photographing simulative assembling operation of the components to the object 8 while the CAD data is projected on the object 8, and determines whether to mount the components on the object 8 on the basis of the coordinates data, the drawing data, and the detected positions of the tool 20 or screw, the member 21 and the user's hand or arm.
