<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wet multiple-disc clutch that reduces the drag between a rotating body and a plate while securing a torque capacity of a clutch. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A clutch includes a rotating body 31 having a friction material 32 provided on its surface, and a plate arranged oppositely to the friction material 32. The surface of the rotating body 31 on the side where the friction material 32 is provided is formed such that the thickness of the inner peripheral part 31i, being the radial cross-sectional shape of the rotating body 31, becomes thinner toward the rotary-shaft direction of the rotating body 31. The surface of the rotating body 31 on the side where the friction material 32 is provided is formed such that the thickness of the outer peripheral part 31p, being the radial cross-sectional shape of the rotating body 31, becomes thinner toward the direction separating from a rotary shaft.
