<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an upper and lower beam connecting structure suppressing the deformation of a floor beam of an upper floor. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A spacer 34 and a shaft member 36 are welded to the upper face of an upper wall part 16A of a ceiling girder 16 of a first floor. The shaft member 36 penetrates upward a through-hole 38 formed in a lower wall part 20A of a floor girder 20 of a second floor. A peripheral wall 40 is welded to the lower wall part 20A to surround the periphery of the projected shaft member 36. A grout material 42 is filled inside the peripheral wall 40 to fix the shaft member 36, the peripheral wall 40 and the lower wall part 20A. The floor girder 20 and the ceiling girder 16 are thereby made an integral beam from the viewpoint of material strength. As a result, the rigidity of the floor girder 20 is improved, the deformation of the floor girder 20 can be suppressed, and the plate thickness of the floor girder 20 can be thinned.
