<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new resin composition for producing a thermoplastic polyurethane resin having excellent flame retardance satisfying UL-94V-2 standard, without injuring physical properties such as tensile strength, processability, heat resistance, bleed resistance and gas generation, and, further, exhibiting fine view by making the surface properly matted state. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The flame resistant resin moldings causing no inconvenience such as hardness decrease and migration, satisfying UL-94V-2 standard and, further, of the matted specification excellent in fine view, are produced by adding as the flame resistant the both of a specific aromatic condensed type phosphate ester and a metal hydroxide to a thermoplastic polyurethane resin composition at a specific ratio, and further adding a powder of an opaque inorganic compound having 1-30 μm average particle diameter as the matting agent.
