<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for enhancing the percutaneous absorption of pantetheine-S-sulfonic acid and/or its salt. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The external preparation for the skins comprises (1) an organic modified clay mineral and (2) a water-soluble copolymer, wherein the outermost phase is an aqueous phase and contains (3) pantetheine-S-sulfonic acid and/or its salt.
