<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information storage medium which records and reproduces digital animation information, and an information reproducing method, an information recording method, and an information reproducing device, using this medium. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the information storage medium, cell time information includes a time code table relating to a video object, it reproduces again the same place in the video object between different cells in different PGC, a unit of an AV address managed within control information is different from a unit of an AV address defined in an AV file, information relating to a required time required for reproduction of the cell is included in the control information, information relating to the required time is included in a different region from the time code table, the cell time information includes information relating to a finish position of I picture, and the cell time information includes information relating to the number of specific units managed by the time code table, time information relating to reproduction for each unit in the video object is included in the time code table.
