PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fraudulent act prevention member which achieves a higher versatility pertaining to the mounting of it on game machines and a game machine. SOLUTION: The fraudulent act prevention member 30 includes: its body part 31; two protruded pieces 32 partially sticking out ahead of the body part 31; pawls 33 so formed respectively at tips of the two protruded pieces 32 as to be extended downward; a recessed receiving part 34 which is positioned below the protruded pieces 32 for receiving the rim part of a lower cross frame member; a plurality of ribs 35, positioned below the protruded pieces 32 and sticking out ahead of the body part 31; and contact faces 36 made up of end faces of the plurality of ribs 35. The fraudulent act prevention member 30 is also provided with: an extension part 40 extended backward from the body part 31; erected wall parts 41 and 42 so formed as to be erected from the rear end of the extension part 40; and ribs 43 being extended forward from the upper ends of the erected wall parts 41 and 42.
