<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide processed food uniformly containing β-glucan and/or an additive, comprising β-glucan processed food uniformly containing β-glucan, and easy to be continuously ingested. <P>SOLUTION: The processed food is obtained through the following process: mixing β-glucan and/or the additive with grain; adding water to the mixture so as to make the β-glucan and/or the additive adhere to the surface of the grain, and/or impregnating the surface of the grain with the β-glucan and/or the additive followed by subjecting the grain to humidity conditioning. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
