Method and apparatuses for interference mitigation in a wireless communication network

The invention relates to an interference mitigation method for use in a wireless communication network, the wireless communication network having:
a subscriber station;
a first network station; and
a second network station; wherein
there is transmission between the subscriber station and the first network station, and the subscriber station is prohibited from using the second network station; and wherein
interference is experienced by the subscriber station as a result of transmissions from the second network station respectively;
the method including adapting the allocation of transmission resources to be used in the wireless communication network to mitigate such interference.
