The tensioner has a stabilizing device (19) located between a yarn inlet (4) and a compensating device (6). The compensating device is moved opposite to compensating force through yarns (11). The yarns are moved to a yarn outlet (5) from the yarn inlet to change joint geometric structure of a compensating device and the yarns. The stabilizing device is provided with a butted stabilizing element (21), and the yarns are passed through the stabilizing element. Another butted stabilizing element is provided with motion driving devices.
