<p>The device has a crankset and a plate (17) respectively and rotatively mounted along axes (A1, A2) relative to a main body (11) and a secondary body (12). First and second toothed elements (15, 16) of the crankset and third and fourth toothed elements (20, 21) of the plate respectively form two gear-trains. A disengagable blocking unit (22) alternatively blocks rotation of the first element relative to the crankset or the third element relative to the plate, and blocks rotation of the second element relative to the crankset or the fourth element relative to the plate.
