Cosmetic or dermatological composition (I) in the form of an emulsion of oil-in-water type formed of oily globules, each provided with a lamellar liquid crystal coating and dispersed in an aqueous phase, is claimed, where (I) has a pH of 3-5.5 and comprises at least one lipophilic surfactant having a hydrophilic lipophilic balance (HLB) value of 2-5, at least one hydrophilic surfactant having HLB value of 8-12 and at least one amphiphilic compound of ionic nature at a pH of 3-5.5.
