PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular flame-retardant, sound-proof and vibration-proof material realizing excellent flame retardance compatible with excellent thermal deterioration resistance, improving compression residual strain characteristics and further reducing cost and to provide a method for advantageously producing the sound-proof and vibration-proof material having the excellent characteristics. SOLUTION: A polyurethane foam is formed as follows. An organic polyisocyanate component composed of (A) 75-90 wt.% of monomeric MDI containing 2,4'-MDI and 4,4'-MDI, (B) 8-24.9 wt.% of a polynuclear isocyanate and (C) 0.1-2 wt.% of a prepolymer isocyanate and containing the 2,4'-MDI in an amount of≥40 wt.% in the (A) monomeric MDI is used. On the other hand, a polyol component containing a polyol having 2-8 number of functional groups and 1,000-10,000 molecular weight in an amount of≥50 wt.% is used. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
