PURPOSE: A method and a system for selectively loading an application are provided to secure more many service users and increase card sales by previously understanding member shop information for the applications requested from a client and offering the client with the applications depending on a sort of the card usable to the member shop. CONSTITUTION: A client card(145) includes an ICC(IC Chip) equipped with an application storing area and a magnetic stripe equipped with a magnetic area. A member shop information database(135) stores the information for the member shops to use the client card. A member shop terminal(150) receives an application request from a card user and transmits the application request to a server(100). The server extracts the member shop information from the database based on the application request, and provides the application to the ICC in a smart card or a storing medium on the Internet depending on the extracted member shop information. |
