The switch i.e. selector switch (10) has a rotary spring (30), and a rotary handle (24) rotatable in two positions. A rotatable adjusting element (22) includes an eccentric tappet (11) for converting rotation movement of the adjusting element into adjustment of switching elements. The handle, the adjusting element and the spring are supported around a common rotation axis (21). The handle and the adjusting element are coupled by the spring such that relative rotation of the handle twists the spring with respect to the adjusting element. An independent claim is also included for a machine tool having a rotary switch. |
