<p>A pneumatic tire (10) for use on trucks is described. The tire comprise a tread (12) which includes a belt structure (50), the belt structure including a pair of working belts (52, 54), wherein the angles of the working belts range from 16 degrees to 30 degrees, wherein a low angle belt (58) is positioned preferably between of the working belts (52, 54), and wherein the angle of the low angle belt (58) is less than 5 degrees. The working belts (52, 54) are extensible, and preferably made of high elongation steel wire.</p> |
