An electromagnetic shielding multilayer body (1) comprising a transparent base (2) and an electromagnetic shielding film (100) formed on the base (2) is characterized in that the electromagnetic shielding film (100) comprises a first high-refractive index layer (31) which is composed of a material having a refractive index of not less than 2.0, a first oxide layer (32) which mainly contains zinc oxide, a conductive layer (33) which mainly contains silver, and a second high-refractive index layer (35) which is composed of a material having a refractive index of not less than 2.0, which layers are arranged in this order from the side of the base (2).
