PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a ground liquefied gas storage tank is provided to reduce the number of processes and the manufacturing time of a ground liquefied gas storage tank. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a ground liquefied gas storage tank comprises the following steps. A concrete unit wall structure(10) in which steel reinforcements(11) are vertically and horizontally arranged is manufactured. The manufactured unit wall structures are stacked into a cylindrical shape. The unit wall structures which are neighbored are interlinked each other in order to form the wall of a storage tank. The steel reinforcements are arranged in order to be projected from the upper, lower, left, and right surfaces of the unit wall structure and connected to the steel reinforcements of the neighbored unit wall structure.
