<p>PURPOSE: A method for driving a liquid vaporizer, which is used for converting the liquid gas into the gaseous gas, is provided to smoothly drain the vaporized gas to the air by efficiently controlling the quantity of the steam, used inside the liquid vaporizer and by preventing the back pressure from being generated in the tube thereinside. CONSTITUTION: The liquid vaporizer driving method includes steps of: checking the state(open or close) of a valve which supplies the liquid gas generated during the air separating process of the air separation system, to the liquid vaporizer; opening the steam valve to supply the steam to the liquid vaporizer when the liquid gas supplying valve is open; closing the steam valve when the internal pressure of the liquid vaporizer is lower than the set value or maintaining the steam valve in the opened state when it is higher than the set value; and closing the steam valve when the temperature value is higher than the set value(50°C) in the closed state of the liquid gas supplying valve, or opening the steam valve when it is lower than the set value if the valve is closed.</p> |
