The chamber has a dielectric e.g. ceramic and/or electrically insulating plastic, lying between electrically conductive surfaces (8a, 8b) of waveguides (8). The dielectric and the conductive surfaces extend in an extension direction from an end (8c) of the waveguides to another end (8d) of the waveguides. The surfaces are electrically connected with each other at the latter end of the waveguides. Length of the waveguides in the direction corresponds to quarter wavelength of operating frequency and/or quarter wavelength and half wavelength of the operating frequency.
