ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DISPLAY DEVICE AND THE FABRICATING METHOD OF THE SAME

PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescent display device and a manufacture method thereof are provided to prevent the damage of a substrate due to the thermal process by eliminating an insulating layer in a non-pixel region. CONSTITUTION: A substrate(100) has a pixel region and a non-pixel region. A buffer layer(110) is formed on the substrate. A semiconductor layer(150) is formed on a buffer layer. A semiconductor layer has a channel region and a source/drain region. A gate electrode corresponds with the channel region of the semiconductor layer. A gate insulating layer(160) insulates the semiconductor layer and the gate electrode. A source/drain electrode is electrically connected to the source/drain region of the semiconductor layer. An inter-layer insulating film insulates the gate electrode and the source/drain electrode. A first electrode, an organic film, and a second electrode are electrically connected to the source/drain electrode.
