LIFESAVING SYSTEM FOR TRACKING VICTIM POSITION ON SEA

PURPOSE: A lifesaving system for tracking the location of a victim position in the sea is provided to improve distress rescuing efficiency by excluding overlapped distress signal from a plurality of survivors. CONSTITUTION: A duplexer(205) transmits radio frequency signal with a pre-set frequency band. A global positioning system(GPS) receiving module(203) extracts current location information based on the satellite signal which is received from the duplexer. An ID setting unit(207) sets the distinct ID information of a transmission unit. A sensor module(213) verifies whether the distress is occurred based on the extraction of salinity. A memory(209) stores the distinct ID information and the current location information. A control unit(201) outputs a rescuing request signal corresponding to a distress situation.
