PURPOSE: A movable property management system for using AIDC(Automatic Identification and Data Capture) technology and an operating method thereof are provided to manage the movable property based on data included in the AIDC terminal. CONSTITUTION: A DB(130) stores the movable property information or the movable property security information. A control unit(110) stores the movable property information or the movable property security information received from the movable reader in the DB. The control unit manages the movable property information or the movable property security information. A display unit(140) displays the movable property information or the movable property security information received from a communication unit on a screen. An input unit(150) receives a signal from the user in order to extract and search the movable property information or the movable property security saved in DB.
