PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a marking on a trash vinyl bag, and an apparatus thereof are provided to prevent ink from pilling off from the trash vinyl bag using thermal processed ink when printing a bar code or a serial number. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a marking on a trash vinyl bag comprises the following steps: thermal processing one side of an extrude-molded vinyl film(11) using a radio frequency bar(616) connected to a high-frequency generator(615) for improving the polarity, and winding to a winding roll(10); printing on one side of the vinyl film by holding the winding roll to a printing; printing a bar code or a serial number on the thermal processed surface of the vinyl film and sealing and cutting the vinyl film using a cutting device.
