REMOTE SOLID STATE POWER CONTROLLER

PURPOSE: A remote power control device is provided to prevent the voltage drop and power loss due to the line resistance by being directly connected between a power source and a load device. CONSTITUTION: An excess-current determining part determines whether a current flowing from a power supply device to a load device is the excess current. When the determined current is the normal current, a signal amplification part amplifies the current. A microprocessor decides the existence and nonexistence of an input current through the size comparison between a reference signal and the amplified signal. A microprocessor measures the excess current cut time by using the integration waveform of the amplified signal. A MOSFET(Metal Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor) controls the supply of power about the load device.
