PURPOSE: A solutionizing method for a nickel plating liquid for after treatment of a cold rolled steel sheet is provided to improve plating quality of a steel sheet and reduce the time to produce nickel plating liquid. CONSTITUTION: A solutionizing method for a nickel plating liquid for after treatment of a cold rolled steel sheet comprises a step of preparing nickel sulfate hexahydrate aqueous solution and ammonium sulfate aqueous solution and a step of putting the nickel sulfate hexahydrate aqueous solution, the ammonium sulfate aqueous solution, and pure water through respective pipes in a mixing vessel at the room temperature so that the content ratio of nickel sulfate hexahydrate and ammonium sulfate in the nickel plating liquid is 2:1 weight ratio.
